Welcome to my website!

It’s here that I chronicle the recipes I uncover and create as I become more and more engrossed in the world of good food. I have been interested in healthy eating for as long as I can remember and have read numerous books on this wide reaching topic. As I listen to what my body asks for, I find plant based meals are the focus of what I eat on a day by day basis. If I’m on vacation or eating out I do choose to eat absolutely whatever I fancy at that time. The only food group I specifically avoid is soy, due to an allergy.

My Philosophy.

Food is intrinsically linked to how you both look and feel. Yet we so often get stuck in cycles where we eat something that makes us feel bad, which makes us eat even more of the foods that keep us feeling that same way.  These foods effect our vitality, which is reflected in our appearance.

I take a holistic view to my health, to which food is central.  I believe that we inherently know what our bodies want, but that sometimes we lose touch with that voice.  The noisy foods have drowned it out.

I love to create and enjoy good food that makes me feel vibrant and alive.  I hope you enjoy my stories and find inspiration in the recipes.
